With a total capacity of 38.5 Qt, each layer can provide a large capacity of 6.3 Qt, and the bottom pot can hold up to 7.9 Qt capacity. Steaming and stewing can be achieved simultaneously.

The uniformly distributed hollow holes can increase the throughput of steam, and shorten the cooking time. The grooved design can make the steam water flow away along the diversion track, preventing water from accumulating on the food.
