Anodized Embossed Aluminum
Belt wheels are made of anodized embossed aluminum (6061-T6), impervious to humidity, water, corrosion, and compression. It's an excellent option in industry sectors such as processing.
Drive Wheel Features
The drive wheel is 4" in diameter and 2.4" wide. It is crowned to help with belt tracking. It has a 0.75" & 0.94'' bore with a 0.24"/0.31'' keyway.
Tracking Wheel Features
The 3" tracking wheel is 3" in diameter and 2.4" wide. It has three 6201 bearings (1/2") installed in the hub and a spacer between the bearings. This bearing combination allows for tightening the mounting bolts without causing any axial force on the bearings.
Idler Wheel Features
The 2" idler wheels are 2" in diameter, and 2.4" wide. Bearings are placed back to back. A 0.4 inch/10 mm & 3/8 inch/9.5 mm wide standoff (sleeve) will raise the wheel of the mounting plate.
Convenient Assembly
Assembly is pretty straightforward. Make sure the method you use to mount the wheels does not make contact with the inner and outer races on the bearings, simultaneously causing them to bind.
Wide Applications
The suitable belt size is 2" X 72". The wheel is a perfect choice for a hollow-grinding straight razor, pocket knives, hunting knives, axes, etc. It is suitable for metal grinding and non-metal grinding industries.
