2. Please don't use metal container or container without flat bottom.
3. When stirring viscous liquid, please reduce liquid volume and stirring speed.
4. The hot plate mixer can work 8 hours continuously at middle speed and 4 hours in high speed.
IMPORTANT
1.There is a blue speed control knob at the bottom of the unit, select clockwise to increase the speed, and counterclockwise to reduce the speed.
2.For the first heating, there will be some smoke, which is a normal phenomenon.
