HOW TO USE AND MAINTENACE NOTES:
Clean the engine and replace the filter. Check the turbocharger. Check if the new turbocharger model matches the engine and no obstacles should be felt when turn the turbocharger by hand.
Check whether the compressor inlet line and Front engine exhaust pipe of the turbine get debris in, in order to prevent debris from breaking the impeller.
Check the supercharger inlet and return line. The oil pipeline Of Supercharger need be clean, The inlet or return tubing can not be twisted or blocked.
Pre-lubricate supercharger. The supercharger is mounted on the engine and Firstly add the clean oil to the supercharger and turn the rotor by hand until the supercharger bearing is filled with lubricating oil, and then connect it to the tubing. Trial running. Start the diesel engine, 3 ~ 4s the supercharger inlet line must show oil pressure, avoid the supercharger bearing system being damaged due to lack of lubricating oil.
During the engine operation, the oil pressure should be between 196 ~ 392kPa. During idle operation, the oil pressure should not be less than 70kPa.
The turbine exhaust back pressure and air filter pressure drop shall not exceed 4.9kPa.And the air filter need avoid moisture.
