A Grain Mill Grinder Meets All Your Daily Needs on Grinding

Our 2200W commercial grain grinder mill is suitable for grinding all kinds of oily material, fiber material, dry material, hard material, sugar material, and so on. It is widely used in food industries, processing plants, markets, farms, and homes.
Production capacity: 50 kg/h. There is a coarse and fine regulating valve to adjust the powder fineness(0-50 mesh). You can adjust the parameter while the machine is grinding the material. We recommend you to get roughly powder first, then super fineness powder.
The electric grinder adopts two grinding discs rotating and pushing against each other, thereby crushing the materials. The powder sleeve and grinding basin are precisely adjusted with the tooth curve to reduce noise and vibration. Three scrapers make the flour mill grind finely.
A large hopper with a feeding control valve is easy to control the feeding volume. The special discharge port with an iron suction device enables fast and clean discharging. Several vents improve the ventilation and heat dissipation capacity of the motor.

Efficient Grinding Performance: The industrial electric mill grinder is equipped with a 2200 W pure copper motor coming with a high production of 50kg/H with a high speed of 1400 r/min, making the grinding more efficient. Furthermore, our grain grinder mill is built with two robust grinding discs, three stainless steel scrapers, and a rotation axle, which rotates and crushes materials into powder. It comes with four discs totally for easy replacement.
Adjustable Powder Fineness: This electric grain mill is easy to operate with two buttons for starting and stopping the machine. Besides, a fineness knob allows you to adjust the powder fineness from 0 to 50 mesh to meet different materials. Rotate the fineness knob counterclockwise to get roughly powder and then turn the fineness knob clockwise to get the required fineness powder, which will less wear the grinding discs.
Considerable & Exquisite Details: A food-grade stainless steel hopper with a large hold capacity increases work efficiency. It is easy to clean and load. And there is a blanking valve for feeding volume and speed control. What’s more, to ensure the hygiene of powder, the outlet is designed with a strong magnetic device that can adsorb the iron chipping produced. The overload protection will spring up automatically when the grinder is overloaded, thus protecting the motor from damage.
